Moshe Bartal

Advocate Moshe Bartal was born in Italy, raised and educated in Israel. He received his LLB degree in 1973 from the Faculty of law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Moshe has acquired extensive professional experience particularly in the field of litigation over the last 30 years. He previously served for 25 years as the external legal adviser for L&L and joined L&L as in-house Legal Counsel in 2007.
Moshe is an active member of the Israel Bar Association and has served as a prosecutor in the district disciplinary court for 13 years. Languages: Hebrew, English.

Gilad S. Hadari was born in Haifa and raised and educated in Be'er-Sheva. He is an Israeli Advocate who received his licence to legal practice from the Israeli Bar in 2002. He graduated with meritorious marks in his law graduate (LL.B.) examinations for which he studied in the "Sha'arei-Mishpat College of Legal Studies", Hod-Hasharon.
Before joining "L&L" in 2004, he practiced law extensively on the civil side for a year and a half. As a lawyer in charge of the foreign filing department of "L&L" his exclusive responsibilities include documentation, liasioning with clients & foreign associates and the timely compliance of various legal formalities during the filing and prosecution of patent applications in all their derivatives abroad.

Chaim Jacobs

Chaim Jacobs was born in Birmingham, England. He began his studies in Chemistry at the University of Bath in Somerset, England and went on to qualify and practice as a Solicitor until he came to Israel in 1979. Chaim is a member of the Law Societies of England and Israel.
Chaim joined Luzzatto & Luzzatto in 2008. He is a member of the Legal Department and the Domestic Filing Department, dealing with a range of activities in Patents and Trademarks while liaising with Clients both in Israel and abroad.

Oren Mandler

Oren Mandler was born and educated in Haifa, Israel. He studied law and Economics at The Haifa University in Israel and is registered as a lawyer in the Israeli Bar since the year 2000.
He practiced as a lawyer in various aspects of the legal profession after working in the District Attorney's Office in Jerusalem and in the Private Sector.
Oren joined our firm in 2003 and he is handling patent oppositions, trademark prosecution and also is a part of the legal department and Domestic filing Department.

Ronen Sasson was born in Givatayim and was educated in Ramat Gan, Israel.
Ronen acquired a bachelor's degree in law (LL.B) from Tel-Aviv University and a master's degree in law (LL.M) from the University of London (specializing in commercial and corporate law). The studies for the LL.M degree included Industrial & Intellectual Property, Information Technology Law, International Trade Law, European Internal Market. He is a member of the Israeli Bar since 1990.
Ronen joined Luzzatto in 2005 with wide experience in intellectual property law. Ronen deals with various aspects of patents and trademarks, including patent and trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings, trademark prosecution and more.

Oren Weiner was born and educated in Haifa, Israel. He holds an LL.B degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA degree (graduated cum laude) from Bar-Ilan University. He is a member of the Israeli Bar since 1998.
Oren has a wide legal experience in intellectual property matters and before joining Luzzatto & Luzzatto he practiced commercial and intellectual property laws.
Oren joined Luzzatto & Luzzatto in 2003 and works in the legal department in Tel-Aviv. He deals with various aspects of patents and trademarks, including prosecution of trademarks, patent and trademark opposition proceedings, patent term extensions and more.
